BANANAANANAAASS.

AMAZING BENEFITS OF BANANA!

Well, not everyone love to eat banana. Me though, dont really into banana. I mean fresh banana, if 'pisang goreng' or banana that is cooked, it would be fine for me.
Finding that banana has lots of benefit, i should rethink about eating fresh banana. hoho. oh..nana..nana...nana.. 

I also found that banana are convenient because you can carry them with you whenever you are in hurry and of course to get an instant energy. Well said, bananas provide energy. By eating only two bananas will give you enough energy to exercise for one hour and a half. amazing huh? macam makan nasik lauk sepinggan kan?

Eat banana instead of taking caffeine because banana can supply energy that last longer without any dramatic caused by caffeine. Ah, now I know. Im sure you too experience the same feeling with me whenever we took caffeine. I found my heart beats fast and sometimes its hard to breathe. Tapi apa nak buat, to stay awake, only coffee works effectively. Sigh! 

Banana also rich with potassium. Potassium are helpful to reduce stroke and regulate blood pressure because of the way it promotes circulatory health. 
With those high potassium, bananas help the body's circulation system deliver oxygen to the brain and also helps to maintain a regular heartbeat and a proper balance of water in body. Elok sangatlah pisang ni untuk orang yang ada darah tinggi dan stroke. Nanti nak suruh nenek makan pisang banyak-banyakkk.. :D

To those yang nak jadi pandai, please makan pisang banyak-banyak sebab, pisang boleh membantu meningkatkan kecergasan otak. Well,well,well...apa nak kata? hoho
Potassium yang ada dalam pisang boleh menaikkan or orang putih kata boost your brainpower. Fulamak. power habis la pisang nih. Dengan pengambilan pisang sebiji sebanyak tiga kali sehari boleh mempercepatkan tahap kecekapan otak. Kiranya otak jadi cepat pickup and lebih alert. Sekarang jugak saya nak pergi beli pisang. Boleh dekan lah semester ni. hihi..

Selain itu, pisang juga bermanfaat untuk wanita mengandung. So, kakak iparku, sila makan pisang sebab apa?
Bananas can combat their morning sickness. Fuh, baru ku tahu. They also help to replenish the body and restore bood glucose level. Maklum lah orang mengandung selalu ada msalah dengan glusoce ni. Terlebih la, kadang-kadang terkurang. Eh, macam pernah mengandung pulak dia. hehe.

Itu lah dia antara khasiat pisang. Actually, ada banyak lagi. Pendek cerita sila-sila lah makan pisang yea supaya kekal sihat dan cergas. Jangan makan pisang saja pulak, makan la jugak buah lain. Tau?
